At Cardcenter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Cardcenter account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
